Hi Loves!

My name is Monica and welcome to Theory of Spice, my new blog! A little bit about me – I am a Client Success Manager for a health tech company and a full-time wife to my amazing husband. I love food, fashion, make-up, and selfies.

Food has always played a major role in my life. When my sister and I were very young, my mom started her catering business. It’s all I ever knew. Everything we did revolved around food and this is how my passion came to life. The influence of food is IMPECCABLE. It is the one thing that has the power to bring everyone together. Through our dishes, we are able to share memories, culture, tradition, legacy, and love.

I started Theory of Spice because I wanted to have a platform to be able to preserve the memories and traditions associated with each dish for generations to come. Through this platform My hope is to share with you some amazing traditional family recipes, as well as new ones, that bring joy to me and my family.
